Delphi Panels
Delphi panels are extremely effective in building consensus and achieving group-based decisions when working with a large number of participants with strong opposing views.
A Delphi panel is a staged process employing a series of sequential questionnaires or rounds, interspersed with controlled feedback, over time. Through this approach, participants provide their expert knowledge and comments on a particular set of issues or areas of interest. At each stage, the group’s responses are analyzed and reported back to participants who can then compare their responses to those of the overall group. As consensus is reached through the stages, the rankings are then organized and prioritized to provide a final set of ideas agreed upon by the participants.
Praxis has successfully designed and executed a range of multi-stage Delphi panels. Working closely with our clients, our professionals are able to tailor the Delphi panel process to ensure maximum results. Praxis has found that this approach not only reduces turn-around times and increases participation rates but also has the advantage of being accessible to any participant with internet access, regardless of geographic location.
