In late 2011, Cenovus contracted The Praxis Group™ (Praxis) to conduct telephone interviews with a range of group leads and team leads within the organization.  The purpose of the Cenovus Corporate Culture Employee Interview was to collect feedback on key elements of the Cenovus brand and culture. Praxis, in collaboration with Cenovus, prepared a standardized interview guide for the process. Praxis conducted the interviews between over a three-week period; interviews typically took 30 minutes and a total of 25 interviews were completed.  A comprehensive report summarizing the findings from the interviews was prepared.
