The Meat Sector Standards for Training Committee and the Alberta Food Processors Association retained Praxis Research to survey employers and their employees involved with meat processing. The survey sought to determine current training needs, options for training standards, interest in apprenticeships and certification, and preferred methods of training. Praxis Research prepared a powerpoint presentation of the study results.
