To better understand the effects of a company merger two years earlier, Equipment & Controls Inc. (ECI) contracted Praxis to design and administer a client satisfaction survey. Praxis developed and delivered a web-based survey to approximately 6000 customers of both ECI and A.E. Ehrke Company.

Each potential participant was sent an email link and unique password to complete the survey, ensuring the privacy and security of participants’ responses. The survey included scale questions as well as open-ended comment sections providing clients with an opportunity to offer suggestions for specific improvements. Praxis analyzed the results and provided comparisons between the company divisions.
