ENMAX Power Services Corporation provides design, planning and installation of major utility services in Alberta. Praxis Research developed an online satisfaction survey designed to measure satisfaction with construction, installation and design services specific to each project. Following completion of a project an ENMAX employee accesses a registration page set up by Praxis. After entering the project details and client’s contact information an email survey invitation is automatically sent to the client. The email includes the project description and a unique password.

Praxis Research generates monthly, as well as quarterly and yearly, reports based on survey results. This enables ENMAX to provide prompt customer service.
