Praxis was contracted to design and implement a process to survey residents of the newly built units in the Spring Creek Mountain Village (SCMV) development as well as residents of the SCMV trailer park. The primary purpose of the survey process was to collect feedback regarding housing occupancy, patterns of use, housing satisfaction.

Praxis developed survey instruments for each target audience, administered the surveys in hardcopy and online formats, and prepared a comprehensive report of the survey findings. Results from the survey process were used to update the Town of Canmore’s second phase of re-zoning.
