ING Bank contracted Praxis Research to administer an employee survey. The purpose of this survey was for ING to learn more about the culture in the brokerage and to determine the brokerage’s readiness to transform into an Integrated Financial Services Brokerage.

The survey helped ING Bank assist the brokerage with planning and implementation of a successful business transformation. The survey link was emailed to participants and respondents completed the survey online. There were two survey instruments: one for employees and one for leaders. Their individual passwords automatically forwarded them to the correct survey instrument. A presentation was produced that highlighted the difference in responses between employees and leaders.
