Annually, Spartan Controls contracts Praxis Research to design and administer an online employee survey to determine the level of Spartan employees’ satisfaction, and to gather feedback about employee related issues. The information collected is compiled, analyzed, and submitted to Spartan Controls at regular intervals.
The survey provides an annual assessment of the company’s performance. The results are incorporated into the company’s annual business plan.
