The Royal Bank of Canada contracted Praxis Research to evaluate the effectiveness of its internal communications, particularly, Prairie Voices, an internal magazine for Royal Bank employees. Praxis administered the survey to 7000 employees in Western Canada via internal mail. We used a scan readable questionnaire to evaluate the perceived effectiveness of  various internal communications media.
