Aventis, a world leader in pharmaceuticals and agriculture, is dedicated to improving life through the discovery and development of innovative products in the fields of prescription drugs, vaccines, therapeutic proteins, crop production and protection, animal health and nutrition. The firm contracted Praxis Research to conduct a telephone survey as part of its market research strategy.

The survey sought to determine the extent to which Aventis’ publications (i.e. Farm Forum and Top Crop Manager) and television program (Prairie Farm Report) were providing customer satisfaction in terms of useful information and brand recognition in Western Canada. A random sample of 401 farmers from Aventis’ grower database were selected for the survey.
