Client | The Banff Centre |
Project Type | Market Research |
Timeframe | 2000 |
The Banff Centre for Management (The Banff Centre) retained Praxis to undertake a quantitative research study. The purpose was two-fold: 1) to review its external communications strategy; and 2) to determine how clients, potential clients and stakeholders perceived The Banff Centre. The study played a central role for the Communications Division and the Development Division in fulfilling their mandates.
The research measured a number of factors: 1) The needs, expectations and levels of satisfaction of existing clients and key stakeholders of the Centre; 2) Perceptions and awareness of programs and facilities among existing and potential clients; 3) Identification of communication and sponsorship/development issues; and 4) Stakeholders’ perceptions of whether the Centre is ’on the right track’. Based on an analysis of the data gathered through three survey instruments, Praxis prepared a report and recommendations for The Banff Centre.
