Praxis Research designed and implemented an online customer satisfaction survey for ESBI, Alberta’s transmission administrator. All respondents were senior managers within power companies throughout Western Canada that purchase power and transmission services from Alberta. Praxis Research used email to send the online survey notice and link and then followed up by telephone. It is important to note the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) is now Alberta’s transmission administrator.
