Health Canada, through a Task Force reporting to the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Committee on Environmental and Occupational Health (CEOH), was responsible for producing a Guide for Health Impact Assessment. A wide variety of stakeholders completed a questionnaire regarding suggestions on health in project-level environmental assessment, and commented on the discussion paper titled ”National Health Guide for Environmental Assessment.” Praxis designed the database, inputed data from the questionnaires, analyzed the responses, and wrote the summary report for Health Canada.
