Liquor Depot retained Praxis Research to assist with the development of a customer feedback system. Praxis designed and implemented a feedback approach that involved self-report survey cards that were positioned at point of purchase in all Liquor Depot retail outlets. The resulting sample of customer feedback was analyzed with a view to identifying Liquor Depot’s competitive position, and its overall strengths, weaknesses and market opportunities.
