The Transportation division of Greyhound International, in conjunction with FWJ Advertising and Public Relations, was attempting to strengthen the market position of Greyhound Courier Express (GCX).

FWJ retained Praxis to undertake a market analysis of existing GCX clients to identify opportunities for capturing increased business from the existing client base and for expansion into new markets. To achieve these objectives, Praxis designed and conducted a random sample telephone survey of 1,000 existing GCX users. Praxis also tabulated and analyzed the survey results, from which it prepared recommendations. We presented the final report to the GCX executive.
