The Municipal District of Bighorn commissioned Praxis to provide professional advice regarding a recreational user survey the MD wanted to deliver to the public and stakeholders. The survey was part of an information collection process the MD was conducting with respect to the Ghost River Forest Reserve in central western Alberta.
