As part of a long-term strategic planning process, Praxis designed and conducted a suite of surveys assessing the behaviours and satisfaction levels of clients, non-users, and service providers in Alberta’s beverage container recycling system. These included a traditional mail-out survey to providers and in-person exit interviews with depot clients.

Praxis also completed a province-wide telephone survey of the recycling behaviours of Albertans in general. On the basis of this information, Praxis led the members of the Board through the development of a long-term strategy and business plan.
