The Town of Banff retained Praxis to assist in identifying, analyzing and validating community needs and preferences for social, recreational and cultural requirements. This study identified both current and future needs. The final report assessed the Town of Banff’s services, presented programming recommendations, and provided a new, alternative service delivery model.
