As a member of the engineering and environmental Location Study Team, interviews were conducted with “subsistence farmers” in southwestern BC to determine lifestyle patterns and to assess the potential impact of various transmission line route locations. Route options were analyzed from a technical, environmental, and social perspective, resulting in a series of recommended route locations to accommodate all needs.(1977)
