Encana retained Praxis to design and implement a random sample telephone survey of its operations across a number of its business units (BU). The main goals of the survey included capturing feedback from respondents regarding their awareness of Encana, communication preferences, opinions of Encana’s operations, and views of the Company’s community investment initiatives. Data collected during the random sample process also captured input from some Encana employees and contractors.

Praxis analyzed the data and prepared a report of survey findings. A separate analysis of the data gathered from Encana employees and contractors was also undertaken and presented to Encana.
