The Canadian Cancer Society contracted Praxis to conduct a consultation with the members of its Executive Management Team (EMT). The consultation focused on issues regarding the purpose, processes, and effectiveness of the EMT, and how the functioning of the EMT might be improved. The process involved 60 to 90-minute confidential telephone interviews with each of the ten EMT members. Praxis combined the interview data and analyzed the results using qualitative and quantitative methodologies and prepared a summary report on key findings and themes.
