The Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association (NAABA) contracted Praxis to conduct a survey to determine how NAABA could enhance its programs and services to better serve its membership.

Praxis, in consultation with NAABA representatives, developed a survey instrument for the consultation process. Praxis delivered the survey to NAABA members by telephone over a three-week period. Based on an analysis of the quantitative and qualitative data gathered through the survey, Praxis prepared a summary report of the findings.
