Petro-Canada Oil and Gas contracted Praxis to develop a Stakeholder Tracking System to manage and coordinate stakeholder consultations for its Eastern Slopes exploration program. In addition, Praxis coordinated the reporting for Petro-Canada’s submission to Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (now the Alberta Energy Resources Conservation Board) for project approval. Based on the success of the STS pilot, Praxis also created an internal stakeholder tracking system for Petro Canada’s ongoing use.
