The BC Ministry of Environment contracted Praxis Pacific to design and implement a series of workshops and public meetings in eleven communities throughout the province. The process was based on a discussion paper and five backgrounders introducing ideas to form the basis of legislation. Praxis was responsible for the process design, logistics, facilitator training, team briefings, reporting, and facilitation.
