Alberta Environment contracted Praxis to facilitate the development of a Public Advisory Committee (PAC) for the Highwood Management Plan. Praxis was specifically responsible for organizing opportunities for broad public input related to the formation of a PAC for the Highwood Management Plan; identifying and interviewing potential PAC members; and, with the support of the newly created PAC, developing operating guidelines for the PAC. Praxis facilitated the PAC meetings through the development of its operating guidelines.
