Lafarge applied to the Vancouver Port Authority to construct a batch plant on Burrard Inlet. In response to the application, the Vancouver Port Authority held two public meetings and received more than 400 written submissions on the application.
The Vancouver Port Authority retained Praxis to conduct an analysis of the public meeting transcripts and the written submissions. Praxis used its trademarked Qualitative Data Management System to analyze the data gathered through the public consultation process.
