Praxis facilitated the multi-stakeholder Consultative Committee that prepared a Water Use Plan for the Puntledge Hydroelectric facility near Courtenay, BC. Steps in the process included identifying issues, setting objectives, defining performance measures, and collecting data. Praxis also employed trade-off analysis to assist with the selection of a preferred option.
