As the prime consultant, Praxis organized and led five teams of facilitators and recorders for the 40-nation international experts meeting hosted by the Joint Philippines-Canada Planning Committee. All the facilitators and recorders had international experience.

As part of the planning team, Praxis was responsible for the logistics and implementation; plenary and workshop facilitation and recording; data management; and production of a daily newsletter summarizing the workshop discussions. Praxis provided writing and editorial support to the Meeting Statement Committee, which resulted in an overnight turnaround of the verbatim, agreed-on text. The final meeting report was approved line-by-line in plenary sessions on a daily basis.
