The Alberta Department of Resource Development, by Ministerial order, struck a Task Team to develop an Innovation Strategy for the Department. The Department contracted Praxis to assist with the development of the strategy.

First, Praxis conducted a planning workshop focused on gathering information and shaping the Innovation Strategy. Second, Praxis, in consultation with Department representatives, developed a process for implementing the strategy. Lastly, based on the process, Praxis prepared a series of documents to assist the Department with all phases of the Innovation Strategy.
