Alberta Public Affairs Bureau retained Praxis to review and draft recommendations for its internal communications strategy. The overall objectives were to effectively align internal communications with government priorities; improve communication related to cross-governmental initiatives; and utilize technology (specifically the internet) to facilitate the achievement of cross-governmental goals. To achieve these objectives Praxis designed a key informant interview survey, and conducted personal interviews with Communication and Human Resource directors across government ministries and departments. Praxis compiled the results and prepared a comprehensive report that included recommendations.
