The City of Calgary adopted an integrated financial and human resources software application. The City then contracted Praxis to design and moderate a series of focus group sessions to assist with the generation of an internal communications strategy to introduce the new software products. Praxis analyzed the results of the focus groups and prepared a report for the City and ENMAX.
