A Special Commission was set up by the Minister of Environment to review the environmental implications of a provincial government decision to expand the Skytrain route in Vancouver. Praxis provided the Commission with strategic advice on the design of its public consultation program. We facilitated a series of technical workshops; moderated a series of public hearings and open houses; developed a questionnaire; analyzed the data gathered; and prepared a report on the public input received throughout the program.
