Praxis Pacific carried out the design and facilitation of a two-day workshop involving Environment Canada staff and representatives of Washington State, BC Environment and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Praxis used a combination of plenary presentations and small group discussions.

Praxis consultants trained staff facilitators and carefully summarized the technical discussion. The workshop identified a range of issues and means of addressing the issues in an ecosystem context. Praxis Pacific prepared a summary report of the issues and potential solutions based on the input gathered throughout the workshop.
