In preparation for the development of an Integrated Service Plan for the department of Community Services, Praxis conducted interviews with 16 leading experts on the role of municipal government in the delivery of community services. These interviews identified challenges, strategies and consequences that may be faced in delivering a full range of community services in an integrated manner. These observations formed the foundation of the continuing consultation effort.
