Praxis was originally retained by the Review Panel to provide consultation and support for the “public discussion” phase of this seven-month project. As the project evolved the Ministry expanded Praxis’ role to involve various other elements including facilitation and coordination; document design, final report preparation. Praxis also prepared a literature review of articles and legislation from other jurisdictions across Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
