Praxis designed and led a cross-Ministry process to build service excellence across the Government of Alberta (GoA) by providing departments with a framework to improve service to clients. Ratified by the Deputy Ministers, the resulting publication appeared in print and was posted on the GoA website. Many provincial departments have incorporated the framework into their Ministry business plans.
