The Alberta Natural Resources Conservation Board asked Praxis to survey participants involved in the joint CEAA-NRCB Public Hearing process of the Little Bow-Highwood Diversion Plan. The goal of the project was to assess the effectiveness of the process from a participant point of view. Approximately 90 participants were mailed an information package. Participants then either completed a telephone survey or submitted their responses via mail or fax.

In addition to determining the participants? level of satisfaction with the process, Praxis collected and reported their recommendations for improving future processes.
