In association with Conor Pacific, Praxis developed and conducted a stakeholder education and consultation process for the environmental baseline audit and environmental management system for the Town of Banff. Praxis designed and conducted stakeholder workshops and a broader public consultation process. The findings from these processes informed the selection of appropriate indicators. Praxis conducted a workshop to assist stakeholders in understanding the relationships among the indicators and to select appropriate framework and evaluation criteria.
