In 1999, the Provincial government mandated Alberta Children’s Services to prepare business plans (2000-2003) for the 18 Child and Family Services Authorities. The Department contracted Praxis to assist in this process.
First, Praxis helped prepare and distribute a guidebook for the development of business plans specific to Childrens’ Services. Second, Praxis designed and facilitated two workshops (Calgary and Edmonton) to provide information regarding the use of the guidebook in the business planning process.
