Praxis planned and facilitated a two-day workshop with the Chairs of all Alberta School Boards to discuss a consultant’s recommendations for restructuring the organization. This included a review of the governance framework, services and operations of the Association.

The workshop represented the initial effort to improve dialogue in the organization. It provided a less formal environment within which to review the recommendations; to determine what should be brought forward to the membership; and to provide action items for the staff and executive.
