This 80-page manual was completed for the Devolution Office of the Government of the NWT. The manual was developed to assist the Executive Council and senior government officials in the transition of power from the Federal Government of Canada to the GNWT. Detailed steps were outlined so that a departmental representative with no previous experience could read the manual and understand the steps required. Checklists and detailed flow diagrams were developed to assist individuals in the process.
