Praxis, in association with Dr. George Kupfer, completed this project for the Department of Regional Industrial Expansion (DRIE) and the Northern Development Branch (NDB), Alberta Tourism and Small Business. First, the Team undertook a financial assessment of the program and projects. Next, the assignment involved assessing overall goals of the Master Agreement and sub-agreements, including individual program areas and projects; organization and administration priorities and expenditures; and a range of implementation issues and concerns.
