Praxis worked with EVS Environment Consultants to develop a training module to be delivered in India to industry representatives. The CIDA-sponsored training program included a broad range of environmental management topics. The public involvement module provided basic ”W5” information (who, what, where, when, why); tools and techniques; and specific tasks required to convene public hearings.
