Capital Regional District contracted Praxis Pacific to design and facilitate a two-day Summit to evaluate six strategic elements and to choose one among four growth strategy options. The process included development of pre-event discussion worksheets; moderation of plenary sessions; facilitation and recording of six break-out groups; real-time reporting of results; and facilitation of in-plenary agreement for direction to the Regional Board.
