Alberta Public Affairs Bureau contracted Praxis and Western Environmental and Social Trends (WEST) to organize, manage and implement the Premier’s Conference. Praxis organized the logistics including an innovative computer-photographic registration system in conjunction with Apple Canada and Canon Canada. Also, Praxis debriefed all the facilitators and trained the recorders to document each of the plenary sessions, theme plenaries, and breakout sessions. The Team entered the input gathered from the 128 sessions into a database. This information constituted the basis of a computer animated production that Praxis prepared for the closing plenary. Praxis also prepared a final report presenting the final results of the conference.
