In preparation for the Nagoya Summit on Global Warming, the Canadian Energy Research Institute (CERI) hosted a national conference to assist the federal government in developing its position for the Summit. Richard Roberts served as one of the facilitators for the break out sessions conducted with national environmental organizations, government and industry stakeholder associations. The findings of the sessions were used by Environment Canada to advance its position and set the national agenda.
