Praxis facilitated a half-day strategic planning session to assist a multi-agency and public committee established to reduce or eliminate shellfish closures on the Sunshine Coast, BC. In collaboration with the client we designed the workshop to define key issues and potential causes, and then to set objectives and develop a series of actions to accomplish the identified goals. This committee is part of the broader Georgia Basin Ecosystem Initiative.
